After building work has finished we can recreate the living areas that were once there before the disaster took place.
There are many ways to bring out the beauty of your living space. A fresh coat of paint can do wonders for a room. If you are looking to liven up the atmosphere, a change of color(s) can make a world of difference. We have the people to make your dreams come true.
PAINTING
EXTERIOR
Nobody matches our detailed finishes and painstaking preparation. Every house is power washed, prepped, patched, primed and re-primed for a superior base that paint can be applied to. We also offer complete wood and siding replacement and repairs. Like all of our work we offer great warranties and free estimates. All personal belongings are carefully moved or double masked for protection. All plants are properly covered with canvas cloths to avoid over spray and plastic burning.
Properly finishing the exterior of a home is a multi-phase process.
1. House Cleaning
Every house is power washed with a water blaster that shoots water up to 3,500 P.S.I. This removes all loose paint, wood and previous patches, allowing for a cleaner surface to prepare and paint. After the power washing is complete, time is allowed for drying and preparation. All areas with mold are treated with JOMAX, that insures a mold free surface.
2. Exterior Prep.
After the house has been water blasted it is to be scraped, grinded, sanded and inspected for areas that cannot be patched. At this time the customer will walk the house with a manager to inspect all wood and determine what needs to be patched or replaced. A detailed estimate will be given at this time for wood replacement. All stucco will be back filled with concrete and color coated with stucco patch and glue.
3. Priming
All exterior wood is primed with a slow drying primer. This allows for better penetration and a durable flexible base, which allows the wood to contract and expand with the changing weather. Many people use fast drying primer which maybe faster and easier, although it tends to dry brittle and crack, reducing the longevity of the paint job. All un-painted stucco is to be primed with a stucco primer.
4. Patching
After all surfaces are primed then patching and caulking is done. No surface is to be patched without the primed base on the wood. The patched areas are then sanded and re-primed.
5. Finish Coats
All top coats are sprayed, rolled, or brushed on with a minimum of two coats. We use both water based and oil based finishes depending on location, surface and desired finish.
